By using Omoggle AI at omoggleai.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Omoggle AI is an official Ommogle-style tool station focused on upload-based AI scoring. It does not provide live random video matching.

Service Description

Omoggle AI provides entertainment-only tools, including a Mog Score Calculator and Face Duel Simulator. The tools generate playful photo-based impressions, scores, tags, and tips.

The service uses AI vision analysis for submitted images. The service does not provide live random video chat, official Omoggle rankings, identity verification, biometric identification, or scientific attractiveness measurement.

User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use the service only if you are old enough to consent in your location.
• Upload only photos you have the right to use.
• Avoid uploading sensitive, illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual images.
• Treat all results as entertainment, not objective truth or advice for serious decisions.
• Avoid using results to harass, shame, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Omoggle AI to:

• Identify a person or infer protected characteristics.
• Make employment, credit, housing, education, insurance, medical, legal, or similar consequential decisions.
• Upload images involving minors in sexual, exploitative, or harmful contexts.
• Scrape, attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Impersonate Omoggle, Omegle, or any third-party brand.

Intellectual Property

Omoggle AI owns the site interface, copy, and service materials. You retain responsibility for photos you upload and must have the necessary rights to use them.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, omoggleai.org is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
